Citylets is also author of the quarterly report ‘Trends in Residential Lettings’, a unique and authoritative source of rental information for landlords, tenants, media, financial institutions and government bodies alike.

Based in the West End of Edinburgh, the company is owned by local entrepreneur Thomas Ashdown who manages the business along with the original founding team of Mark Goundry and Tim Kempster.
